Traditional using mild steel, aluminum sheet, stainless steel sheet etc making door plank parts, we need to cut the four angle first, then need to fold, weld even Polish and these will waste so much time, at the same time have much noise & dust.
If we adopt stretching mould, so the door size should be fixed, different size door sheets need different size mould. According to this situation, our company developed special forming machine for door sheet angle. We adopt angle forming machine, then the sheet don't need opening angle, only pre-folding the four sides of sheet, when the angle forming a evase shape then can be process in the angle forming machine & the door sheet size can change discretionarily.
Characteristic: Door four angles don't need opening angle welding, only rolling forming & cutting in the machine.
Standard angle radium is 4, 6, 8 mm; Special angle can adopt special mould. Only use first bending machine will fold quadrilateral shape after Angle and excess material cutting. No maximum size limit board processing. This device can easily finish big round R(10-20) box or trim
